Christmas gets cheerier with FBT changes

IT HAS been a bumper year for mining companies in Australia and resource employees are also enjoying the benefits of the boom. And now the Australian Tax Office has made changes to the Fringe Benefits Tax allowing employers to spend more than ever before on their employees at Christmas, suggesting mining workers are in for a good time this December.
