The Executive Leader Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational performance management for this highly reputable global mining consultancy. Working with an enviable list of Blue-Chip mining clients and projects, you will have the mandate to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives to grow economic performance and operational efficiencies.
As an Executive Lead, you represent the business to the highest levels of the global mining customer base and market as appropriate. You will have a demonstrated ability to optimise existing resources to maintain the highest standards and delivery of consulting, leading the change in culture and practice to facilitate effective and sustainable global growth.
You are comfortable with communicating a clear vision of the company's future, aligned to the ‘One Global Company' strategy and growth goals. This comes with experience over many years of managing change and growth through a national or global General Manager group, facilitating significant business transformation. You also have significant experience in major mining studies - both presenting at executive level and managing - understanding what is required to deliver high quality consulting outcomes with efficiency.
This is both a strategic leadership and hands-on management role, overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks, through the General Manager group, whilst working alongside the CEO to focus on more strategic matters of global growth initiatives. This will take full-time commitment, albeit you will be renowned for your 'mining consulting expertise' you should be prepared to step out of direct consulting.
