Chalice, Sub-Sahara to tie the knot

GOLD juniors Chalice Gold Mines and Sub-Sahara Resources are set to merge their businesses in a move to consolidate ownership and fund development of the 1.04 million ounce Zara gold project in northern Eritrea, east Africa.
