CHRIS Pointon has announced his retirement as president of BHP Billiton’s stainless steel division, with his replacement – former Nickel West president and chief operating officer Jimmy Wilson – set to oversee progress at the company’s cost blow-out-marred Ravensthorpe nickel development.
