CuDeco looks to infrastructure solution

COPPER hopeful CuDeco has struck a deal to lease ground outside of Cloncurry in Queensland where it intends to build a multi-user, multi-purpose rail load-out facility to export up to 350,000 tonnes of copper concentrate per annum from its proposed Rocklands mine by late next year.

The company has entered into a conditional memorandum of understanding to lease the 900 hectare area of land, located in immediate proximity to the current Townsville/Mt Isa/Duchess rail line network
