Forrest to face music in April

BILLIONAIRE iron ore magnate Andrew Forrest will head to the Federal Court in April next year to fight Australian Securities and Investment Commission-led charges over allegations that his company, Fortescue Metals Group, made misleading claims in relation to Chinese contracts.
