The plant will be used to backfill stopes at the underground mine and is part of the plan to take the mine's annual production to more than 400,000 ounces in the next two years.
Besides doing all the process engineering design and building the plant, GR will also be designing the underground reticulation piping.
Work is due to start on the plant immediately with the facility slated for completion in 2019.
