Mandalay first announced high-grade hits of up to 272.1 grams per tonne gold at the Youle vein in April.

More recent results included 0.27m at 165.1gpt gold and 20.7% antimony, (or 30.2gpt gold equivalent at a 1.8m mining width); 0.16m at 551gpt gold and 25.6% antimony (54.3gpt gold equivalent at 1.8m width); 0.38m at 148.7gpt gold and 8.8% antimony (34.2gpt gold equivalent at 1.8m); and 0.41m at 108.1gpt gold and 22.4% antimony (33.5gpt gold equivalent at 1.8m).

The company said the new results further demonstrated that mineralisation remained continuous at depth.

The current known strike of Youle is 600m with a vertical depth of 150m.
