COBALT junior Equator Resources looks like it could become enmeshed in a legal stoush regarding the Yukon Refinery it’s looking at acquiring in Canada, with the previous mooted buyer of the asset saying it intends to seek damages from both Equator and vendor 36569 Yukon Inc.
