Paladin difficulties getting messier

BELEAGUERED uranium miner Paladin Energy is to commence arbitration proceedings against its Chinese partner CNNC at the Langer Heinrich mine in Namibia after CNNC requested Paladin begin a process to value its 75% stake in the operation.
