No evidence Shovelanna discussions took place: judge

CAZALY Resources’ bid to win back the Shovelanna tenement from mining giant Rio Tinto suffered another setback yesterday after the Supreme Court of Western Australia decided no evidence existed that WA Premier Alan Carpenter and Rio Tinto executive director Leigh Clifford had discussed the tenement prior to it being handed back to Rio.
