Panoramic flags $19M raising

REVISTALISED nickel-copper-cobalt producer Panoramic Resources has been challenged on multiple fronts in resurrecting its Savannah mine in Western Australia’s Kimberley, and today the company has announced revised financing terms and a A$19 million capital raising plan to ensure it can hit its targets.
