Following recent Board changes, a fantastic leadership opportunity has arisen for a driven & passionate exploration executive to join Resolution Minerals as CEO/Managing Director.
As CEO/MD, you will be responsible for development & oversight of the company's exploration strategy, driving successful discovery and growing shareholder value. You'll develop strong productive relationships with key stakeholders, the team to investors, brokers, landowners, first nation's people and the broader exploration community. Key to your short-term success will be your ability to successfully IPO the company's gold assets and streamline the company's project portfolio.
This opportunity is based in Melbourne or Adelaide, with frequent domestic & international travel. An attractive remuneration package is provided, including lucrative incentives.
As the successful candidate, your mining executive experience will encompass the successful leadership of listed exploration companies as CEO/MD. You will have demonstrated experience in IPOs and/or significant capital raising experience ($10m+), corporate development and strategic oversight of mineral exploration.
