Marenica completes Optimal uranium deal

MARENICA Energy has completed the acquisition of the Australia-located uranium assets of Optimal Mining for A$250,000 cash and 27.5 million shares, giving shareholders of the vendor a 23% stake in the ASX-listed uranium junior.
