Ramelius increases Explaurum offer

RAMELIUS Resources has made a last minute bid to woo shareholders in Explaurum, after publicly flirting with but ultimately rejecting a A5c cash sweetener, instead offering 2c per share on top of its one-for-four share offer - and it has been able to sweet talk a substantial block with the offer.
