Jones launches Anglo Australian legal action

SHAREHOLDER irregularities involving a substantial number of holders in minnow Anglo Australian Resources have seen proceedings launched in Western Australia’s Supreme Court in a bid to stop the shares being voted at a meeting aimed at removing Graeme Smith and John Jones and appointing ex-adviser David Willis.
