The Native Title experience: Dan O'Dea

Dan O’Dea is a full-time member of the National Native Title Tribunal, an Australian Government agency set up under the <I>Native Title Act 1993</I>, and part of the Attorney-General's portfolio. The NNTT mediates native title claims under the direction of the Federal Court of Australia. Prior to his appointment in December 2002, O’Dea was the principal legal officer of the native title unit in the Ngaanyatjarra Council. Interview by <b>Sarah Belfield</b>
