NEARLY 12 months on from when legal action first began around ownership of one of the world’s biggest hard rock lithium deposits, AVZ Minerals has opened up a second front by formally beginning arbitration proceedings against its joint venture partner before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
