BHP buries Billiton and renames itself BHP (yawn)

THE king is dead! Long live the king! That’s what peasants like <i>Dryblower</i> used to call out when the king died and his son immediately became the new king with no change in the pecking order, in much the same way BHP Billiton last week officially became BHP Group.
