Viago is the second discovery behind Tribune at Bellevue's namesake Western Australian project.
New results included 3m at 85.9 grams per tonne gold from 597m, including 0.5m at 445gpt; 6.4m at 27.9gpt gold from 587.6m, including 2.8m at 62.8gpt; 6.9m at 18gpt gold from 535.9m, including 0.6m at 203.3gpt; and 2.4m at 36.3gpt gold from 606.8m.
The bonanza zone is characterised by massive to semi-massive pyrrhotite mineralisation with visible disseminated gold over widths up to several metres.
Down-hole electromagnetic surveying has indicated the potential for multiple repeats of the high-grade zones, which are analogous to the zones mined historically at the Bellevue project.
