GOLD stocks have not had a lot of fun in the rising interest rate environment currently in play, but today was definitely one for the true believers with the sector moving up about 4% overall. Among those in most demand was the Mark Clark et al caper Capricorn, which has been getting big love from analysts lately after a textbook example on how to build a mine, make money, and move expeditiously in a growth direction with project number two.
