Base metal stocks mixed

A BIT of interest was shown in the independent base metal mining space of the ASX – not one of the larger segments of the market to be sure – with sentiment around growth in China the catalyst. Among the most in demand was copper miners Aeris and Sandfire, the latter which has been doing well after its management reset and in light of OZ’s potential/likely exit.
