Pathfinder on the hunt for battery metal funding

PATHFINDER Resources has officially opened its prospectus, seeking to raise A$7 million at 40c per share as the shell recapitalises for a sixth time since 1999, this time as a battery minerals explorer primarily focused in Canada.
