Gold patch drops

THE gold patch fell about 2.5% on the ASX as investors awaited a jobs report from the US due Friday in North America. Bullion was sitting around the US$1800/oz ahead of the data point, down from levels around $1814 yesterday. One of the better gold stocks on the day was Pantoro, in the process of rejuvenating and rebooting the historic, bountiful Norseman goldfield in Western Australia.
