Bass raises cash for re-jigged deal

BASS Metals has raised $A2.75 million to help it transact a “transformational” deal for buying a graphite mine in Madagascar in which the vendor has passed up the opportunity to hold shares in Bass to instead take a much lesser amount of cash.
