CST offloads key project to Glencore

QUEENSLAND copper producer CST Mining has agreed to sell its 70% stake in the massive Mina Justa copper project in Peru to Swiss metals giant Glencore International for $US475 million ($A446.5 million) cash, just over a year after picking it up in a $C244 million takeover.
