Freeport restarts Grasberg, slashes guidance

AFTER a three-week shutdown, Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold has restarted the massive Grasberg mine in Indonesia but has cut its first-quarter production guidance by 80 million pounds of copper and 125,000 ounces of gold.
