Punters wipe nearly $25B off the bourse floor

A DAY out from the federal budget and nearly $A25 billion or 2% has been wiped off the local market as fears escalate about Europe’s ability to stave off debt problems, while Wall Street closed down after last week releasing poor jobs data.
