Weda considers smaller option

CANADIAN base metals outfit Weda Bay Minerals has significantly reduced the estimated capital cost to construct a process facility for its Halmahera nickel-cobalt laterite project in Indonesia, with a scoping study indicating the amount involved would be around US$700 million compared to an earlier estimate of US$902 million.
