CHAMELEON Mining will know tomorrow whether its gamble on ditching its arrangement with litigation funder International Litigation Partners in favour of a deal with Tony Sage’s Cape Lambert Resources has paid off, with the Supreme Court of NSW due to rule on ILP’s move to place the company in receivership tomorrow.
