Court win for OMH

THE long-running stoush between OM Holdings and its largest shareholder Consolidated Minerals may have finally been put to rest, with the Federal Court of Australia dismissing ConsMin’s claims that resolutions at OMH’s annual general meeting regarding a dual-listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange were not validly passed.
