BHP says IR policy vindicated by Federal Court decision

MELBOURNE: Australian miner BHP today said it had been vindicated in its industrial initiatives in Western Australia after the Federal Court today found the company had not acted illegally in offer individual contracts to iron ore workers in the Pilbara.
