Our client is principal gold producer with a portfolio of strong operating assets. They are well established in the WA market and have enjoyed recent success due to increased production and cost reduction initiatives.
They are currently seeking a residential Open Pit Mine Geologist to join one of their Goldfields operations. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years open pit gold experience, be a proven team player and have a track record of success. Reporting to the Senior Geologist your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Mapping and geological interpretation
- Grade control and management of ore stockpiles
- Production supervision
- Database management
This is an initial 4 month contract opportunity for an industry leading gold producer at one of their blue chip operations.
