Cook back at Wingellina as Shellabear becomes MD at NiCo

PETER Cook has returned to the Wingellina nickel-cobalt pre-development asset in central Australia as non-executive chairman of NiCo Resources as part of a major board restructure that includes the appointment of Jonathan Shellabear as managing director.
