Under the scope of the latest contract with Alcoa, SRG is to provide industrial services at both the Wagerup and Pinjarra alumina refineries for a four-year period.

Work is scheduled to begin immediately and ramp up over the next three months.

SRG has been awarded three big contracts with Alcoa, across all three of its alumina refineries in WA.

At Kemerton, SRG will provide specialist access services at Albemarle's newly commissioned lithium refinery, as part of a new 2.5-year contract.

Work there is expected to start straight away.

SRG Global managing director David Macgeorge said it was exciting to have been awarded two significant term contracts with Alcoa and Albemarle.

"We are delighted to be awarded another contract with Alcoa, which is recognition for the critical services we provide as an embedded partner to their business," he said.

"The Albemarle contract is also very pleasing as we add to our long list of quality blue-chip clients and enter the growing and important lithium segment."

Macgeorge said both contracts would lead to local employment opportunities.
