Tax favours majors, penalises juniors: Forrest

FORTESCUE Metals Group chief executive officer Andrew Forrest has come out swinging against the federal government’s draft legislation for the Minerals Resource Rent Tax, labelling it as “economic vandalism” and flagging a potential High Court challenge if the proposed tax, in its current form, becomes legislation.
