THEY ARE

Benz Mining Corp (ASX: BNZ) Toronto based, Quebec focused gold exploration company, located in one of most prolific gold and lithium districts in Northern Canada.

The Company is currently focused on the expansion of their flagship project, located in the Upper Eastmain Belt of Quebec in a Tier 1 geological region surrounded by world-class deposits. The project is a well-funded, emerging multi-million-ounce gold exploration with greatly anticipated upside.

Increased activity in the region conducted by Benz Mining has also confirmed additional lithium, nickel, and copper potential. The Company is well placed to leverage the region's lithium opportunity, with 90km of prospective contact on a belt that has never been drilled for lithium previously.

Well-funded to execute their plans and backed by an experienced management team, Benz Mining are seeking a proactive and strategic Managing Director to oversee the exciting next stage of its growth trajectory.

YOU ARE

As a tertiary qualified, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial self-starter, you are looking for an opportunity to get in at an early stage and steer a junior to the next level.

With over 15 years of relevant industry experience, you have established your credibility within the industry and have an ability to influence associated capital market networks.

You enjoy building relationships and have an engaging presence with confidence in your ability to promote products to the market. You are looking for an opportunity to combine these skills with your strong commercial and geological understanding.

THE ROLE

As Managing Director, you will take the lead on developing and executing a successful business strategy that unlocks Benz Mining's full potential.

As the face of the Company, you will proactively drive market awareness of the portfolio to deliver resource growth and best create value for shareholders. You will leverage your understanding of capital markets, exploring potential M&A opportunities in the market to expand the Company's portfolio.

You will set a strong vision that empowers the leadership team to deliver business outcomes, and champion an internal culture of accountability, productivity, and stability to effectively retain the right people.

Utilising your geological skillset and understanding, you will oversee the management of the exploration team to complete the drilling campaign for Eastmain working towards Maiden Resource delivery with an internal target of 2Moz by the end of 2023.

This role will ideally be Perth-based with travel as required, and will be remunerated by a competitive salary with significant Performance Share upside.
