You have a relevant tertiary degree in accounting and/or finance with an excellent understanding of the reporting and governance standards required of a publicly listed company. Your experience in similar senior leadership roles has enabled your understanding of key business drivers and ability to generate insight that helps predict future performance.
You are comfortable in market facing finance roles, capable of building rapport and communicating effectively with key stakeholders. You want to work in an environment where you feel truly passionate and driven.
As the Chief Financial Officer you will build a high-performing finance function, which supports decision making, business promotion, financial strategy, and cost discipline.
You will upgrade business systems and processes, ensuring the transition of the business from exploration through to production are managed effectively. You will lead best practice financial reporting and compliance, driving continuous improvement. Your foresight will be critical to the delivery of a successful initial public offering.
You will contribute to company promotion and project financing; establishing relationships with new and existing investors, leveraging on your established network.
Your knowledge and exposure of developing appropriate funding structures will support the businesses ongoing success.
