Their approach to mine planning is to always look to add value, they solve complex mining challenges and in doing so use world class techniques and industry standard software platforms to do this. The team is not precious and are adaptable to all situations their clients throw at them.
A degree qualified Mining Engineer who has proven underground mine planning experience. You are a confident user of Deswik or similar and are looking to join a dynamic, agile and innovative business that deliver quality solutions to their clients. You are a member or a fellow of the AusIMM and have exceptional report writing skills. You are a collaborative and analytical problem solver who enjoys working in a flexible business.
As the Principal Mining Consultant, you will work closely with the GM - Underground to provide mine planning expertise and optimisation to unlock the value of clients' underground mining projects. You will be working out of their West Perth office to deliver accurate optimisation, design, scheduling, cost estimation, scoping, feasibility work within required time frames. You will train, mentor and direct Mining Consultants to ensure that work is delivered to a high standard. You will be joining a dynamic, agile and innovative business that delivers quality solutions to their clients whilst valuing a good sense of humour.
