A sigh of relief this morning, no doubt, as you watched prices on the London Metal Exchange rebound after the debacle of the previous session. Actually, last night saw an initial and further down-thrust but the OPEC news clearly cheered everyone up as Wall Street went higher, and base metals prices sharply became positive. <i><b>The Outcrop</i>, by Robin Bromby</b>
