Tinkler trounced in Dartbrook coal bid

THE three-way contest between Australian Pacific Coal's largest shareholder and debtholder Trepang Services, its former managing director Nathan Tinkler, and coal baron Matt Latimore, has suddenly shifted to a plan by the company to raise A$100 million, and bring in Latimore as a potential JV partner.
