DDH1 to acquire Swick and create 'world leading mineral driller'

SWICK Drilling, a company that can trace its lineage back to water wells in Nebraska in the 1950s, is set to be acquired by DDH1 in a proposed scrip deal valued on an enterprise basis at A$115 million.
