South32 sells Bell Bay for nominal amount

BRITISH businessman Sanjeev Gupta's GFG Alliance has entered into a binding sale and purchase agreement to purchase the Bell Bay smelter in northern Tasmania, as his businessman expands his ownership of key assets in Australia, including the Whyalla steelworks in South Australia.
