Firefly hoping to attract attention with Yalgoo gold acquisition

MICROCAP Firefly Resources is hoping to transform its fortunes by joining the current gold boom, signing a deal with a group called Aurum that will see it become the owner of the Yalgoo gold project in Western Australia and the vendor a 53% shareholder.

Aurum puts in the ground and a A$1.15 million cash injection for its stake, with Firefly yet to disclose the identities of the vendor group - though accountant Ashley Pattison is believed to be a director....
