THE fate of a potential A$100 million alliance deal between South Australian iron ore and copper explorer Havilah Resources and Indian billionaire Sanjeev Gupta's GFG Alliance could be off to the Takeovers Panel after the junior attacked co-founder and former director Dr Bob Johnson yesterday, accusing him of malfeasance.
