Peninsula and BMR to combine graphite business

PENINSULA Mines and private Australian concern Battery Mineral Resources have entered into an agreement to combine their respective graphite prospects in South Korea, creating a new holding company with a planned A$3 million budget for development.

The new concern, Korea Graphite Company, will hold the Gapyeong, Yongwon, Daewon, Euhna, Wolmyeong and Goseong from Peninsula, and BMR's Geumam, Taehwa and new areas under application.
