Bald Hill's Tawana and Alliance merge

MARK Calderwood will head the lithium company to be created from the merging of Tawana Resources and Alliance Mineral Assets, with shares in the new 100% owner of the Bald Hill project to be listed on both the Australian and Singapore Stock Exchanges.
