Whitehaven poised with underground, open cut potential

WHITEHAVEN Coal will buy Coal & Allied's Vickery coal project in the New South Wales Gunnedah Basin for $A31.5 million, opening up future resources on its adjacent properties and the potential for both open cut and underground operations on the site.
