Administrators granted time for Alita recapitalisation review

THE Supreme Court of Western Australia has granted Alita Resources’ administrators extra time to hold the next meeting of the failed lithium miner’s creditors, allowing them to examine various recapitalisation options, including 11 “unsolicited approaches” from potential buyers of the Bald Hill miner.
