Red River slapped with lawsuit

INDIA’S Vedanta Resources has commenced legal action against Queensland copper and base metals miner Red River Resources claiming unpaid royalties and damages, a move Red River has described as “surprising”, given it has been “a willing payer of royalties” from the Thalanga project since production restarted.
